connote does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no login, no server of ours, and no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests to us, because there is nothing to send and nowhere to send it.
Notes and photos are stored only in the app's own storage on your device. We cannot read them, and no third party receives them.
On iOS and iPadOS you may turn on iCloud sync. Your notes are then written to your own private iCloud Drive container so your own devices can read them. That is your Apple account, not a service we operate, and the contents are not accessible to us. Turning the setting off stops it. The Android version has no sync — data never leaves the device unless you export or share it yourself.
The app asks for photo library or camera access only at the moment you add a photo to a note. The image is processed entirely on the device and saved with the note. No photo is uploaded.
The optional lock uses your device's own biometric or passcode/PIN authentication. The authentication is performed by the operating system; the app receives only a pass or fail result and never sees your fingerprint, face data, passcode, or PIN.
Exporting a backup (JSON or Markdown) or sharing a note or photo happens only when you start it, and goes only where you choose in the system share sheet. Once content leaves the app that way, the receiving app's or service's own policy applies.
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Settings → “Start over” (새로 시작하기) erases all notes and photos on the device. Uninstalling the app also removes them. If iCloud sync was on, deleting the connote container in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage removes the synced copy.

노트와 사진은 기기 안 앱 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 저희는 읽을 수 없고, 제3자에게도 전달되지 않습니다.
iOS·iPadOS에서는 iCloud 동기화를 켤 수 있습니다. 이때 노트는 사용자 본인의 비공개 iCloud Drive 컨테이너에 기록되어 본인의 다른 기기가 읽습니다. 사용자의 Apple 계정이지 저희가 운영하는 서비스가 아니며, 내용을 저희가 볼 수 없습니다. 설정을 끄면 중단됩니다. 안드로이드판에는 동기화 기능이 없습니다 — 직접 내보내거나 공유하지 않는 한 데이터는 기기를 떠나지 않습니다.
사진첩·카메라 접근은 노트에 사진을 추가하는 그 순간에만 요청합니다. 이미지는 전부 기기 안에서 처리되어 노트와 함께 저장되며, 어디에도 업로드되지 않습니다.
선택 기능인 잠금은 기기 자체의 생체인식 또는 비밀번호/PIN 인증을 사용합니다. 인증은 운영체제가 수행하고 앱은 성공·실패 결과만 받습니다. 지문·얼굴 데이터·비밀번호·PIN을 앱이 보는 일은 없습니다.
백업 내보내기(JSON·Markdown)와 노트·사진 공유는 사용자가 직접 시작할 때만 일어나며, 시스템 공유 시트에서 고른 곳으로만 갑니다. 그렇게 앱 밖으로 나간 뒤에는 받는 앱·서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
아동을 포함해 누구에게서도 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
설정 → 새로 시작하기를 누르면 기기의 노트와 사진이 모두 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제해도 함께 지워집니다. iCloud 동기화를 켰던 경우, iOS 설정 → Apple ID → iCloud → 저장공간 관리에서 connote 항목을 삭제하면 동기화본도 사라집니다.

iOS・iPadOSではiCloud同期をオンにできます。その場合ノートはご本人の非公開iCloud Drive コンテナに書き込まれ、ご本人の他の端末が読みます。ご本人のAppleアカウントであり当方のサービスではなく、 内容を当方が見ることはできません。設定をオフにすれば停止します。Android版に同期機能はありません — ご自身で書き出すか共有しない限り、データが端末を離れることはありません。
写真ライブラリ・カメラへのアクセスは、ノートに写真を追加するその時だけ求めます。画像はすべて端末内で 処理されノートとともに保存され、どこにもアップロードされません。
任意機能のロックは端末自身の生体認証またはパスコード／PIN認証を使います。認証はOSが行い、アプリは 成功・失敗の結果のみを受け取ります。指紋・顔データ・パスコード・PINをアプリが見ることはありません。
バックアップの書き出し（JSON・Markdown）やノート・写真の共有は、ご自身が開始したときにのみ行われ、 システムの共有シートで選んだ先にのみ送られます。アプリの外に出た後は、受け取る側のアプリ・サービスの 方針が適用されます。
お子さまを含め、誰からもデータを収集しません。
設定 →「最初から」を選ぶと端末上のノートと写真がすべて消えます。アプリを削除した場合も同様です。 iCloud同期を使っていた場合は、iOSの設定 → Apple ID → iCloud → ストレージを管理からconnoteの項目を 削除すると同期分も消えます。
